Brief Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Today, we will pick you up from Marrakech in the morning and embark on a journey across the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m).

Our destination is the picturesque Ait Benhaddou village, renowned for its fortified ksar and beautiful Kasbahs. Ait Benhaddou has served as a captivating backdrop for numerous movie productions.

Following lunch, our journey continues to Dades via Ouarzazate, passing through the palm groves of Skoura and the enchanting Dades Valley, where we will spend the first night.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga

After a hearty breakfast, our Sahara desert adventure resumes as we traverse the vibrant Berber villages on our way to Tineghir, featuring a stunning palm grove.

The journey then leads us to the Todra Gorge, a captivating canyon rising approximately 300 meters high and a favored destination for mountain climbers.

Subsequently, we head to the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga, where we will spend the night in a local riad.

Day 3: Merzouga Sightseeing Tour and Camel Ride

Following breakfast, immerse yourself in the exploration of the Merzouga dunes, including the wandering deposit, the Gnaoua village, MIFISS mines, and the desert plains with encounters with Berber nomads.

In the afternoon, embark on a 1.5-hour camel ride while witnessing the mesmerizing sunset, leading you to the camp in the oasis.

Spend the night in the bivouac at Merzouga Sahara dunes, nestled under nomadic tents.

Day 4: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate

After a serene and memorable night in the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, relish the sunrise over the dunes before returning to the hotel with the camels for breakfast and a refreshing shower.

Next, depart for Rissani to explore the tourist area, including the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif and the palm grove.

Lunch in Nkoub is followed by a journey to Ouarzazate through the picturesque Draa Valley.

Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel in Ouarzazate.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Telouet – The Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

Following breakfast, our journey continues to Marrakech with a detour to the traditional High Atlas Berber village of Telouet.

Explore the Kasbah el Glaoui before crossing the High Atlas Mountains and concluding our adventure.
